The Evaluation

So after reading my evaluation I stood there feeling my blood boil. It’s mostly honors, and the rest high passes and there is no question about my fund of medical knowledge. I look right past that though and focus on the statement saying that my residents question my motivation- translation “He does not do his fair share of a$$kissing” So Is it no motivation that lead me to know the answers to questions when a room full of my peers sat silent, not once but on a daily basis. Maybe it’s no motivation that lead me to go see my patients several times a day even after they were no longer my patients. The more I think about it the more I want to have a small seizure. It’s not over by far and I hope they understand that. There are some extras that I don’t do but these are the unrelated lectures that I find are not helpful to my acquisition of information. Either way it’s on and poppin” and I’m gonna see to it that I don’t get played out of a grade for not being subservient enough. Dang- now I’m even more angry.
