Useful Eclipse tutorials

I came across a set of excellent Eclipse tutorials at the Eclipsecon site. The one that I found to be particularly relevant to Actionscript development is the one titled 25 Eclipse Distilled: A Quick Start to Agile Development  .(link to powerpoint). Although these tutorials are mainly Java and C++ centered they do provide some useful information.

I’m a big believer that a successful AS3 developer has to become familiar with the enterprise developer workflow. With Flex 2 sitting in the Eclipse environment one of the key things that will move the tool as a whole forward is for those of us that use it to look around at what everyone else’s Eclipse can do and actively seek opportunities to extend our own environment accordingly. Eclipse as a foundation provides an opportunity to avoid reinventing the wheel. Stepping down from my soapbox now.
